Mobility, flexibility, and strength are all key components to rock climbing effectively and an overall healthy lifestyle. Take this yoga course and strengthen your foundation in rock climbing as well as balance. We currently only offer one class on Saturdays, later in the mornings, but more will hopefully be added in the future! We strongly recommend that you bring your own yoga gear i.e. yoga mat, balance block, etc.
